本退費政策適用於透過本網站報名之「三天免費公開課」及後續可能參加的付費課程。

二、免費公開課

• 本三天公開課為免費參加活動，報名後未參與不構成任何付款義務。

• 若您報名後參加升級課程或付費專案，請依該課程的退費條款辦理。

三、付費課程（如適用）

若您參加付費課程，退費條件如下：

1. 課程未正式開始，且您尚未登入觀看任何付費內容者，可申請全額退費。

2. 若報名「課程組合包」，退費將以整體方案為單位；若僅退出部分課程，優惠部分將不予退還，退費金額依實際付款金額計算。

3. 申請退費時請提供：課程名稱、訂單編號及退費原因。

4. 經核准後，我們將依原付款方式退款，時間依支付通道不同可能需 7–14 個工作天。

四、申請方式

請透過客服信箱或網站提供的聯絡管道申請退費。我們會以電子郵件確認並通知退款進度。

五、其他說明

• 課程錄影、教材或社群權限一經啟用，視為課程已開始，將影響退費資格。

• 若因講師、系統維護或不可抗力因素造成課程調整，我們保留修改時間與內容之權利。

Thank you for joining our training program (“the Course”) and using our website (“we”, “our”, or “this site”). To protect both parties’ rights, please review the following refund policy carefully before enrollment.

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to the “3-Day Free Public Class” and any paid courses offered through this website.

2. Free Public Class

• The 3-day public class is completely free. Non-attendance after registration does not create any payment obligation.

• If you later enroll in a paid upgrade or advanced course, please refer to that course’s specific refund policy.

3. Paid Courses (if applicable)

If you enroll in a paid course, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Full refunds are available if the course has not officially started and you have not accessed any paid content.

2. For bundled courses, refunds are calculated for the entire bundle; partial refunds for individual modules are not allowed once discounts have been applied.

3. To request a refund, please provide your course name, order number, and reason for the request.

4. Once approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
